1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement is an Offer (Public Offer) of Individual Entrepreneur Panasyuk Nataliya Pavlivna (Identification Number 3021701786) to provide a service - a training course (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
1.2. Acceptance of the Offer occurs through full payment for the Service by the Client, which confirms his intention to conclude the Agreement on the proposed terms.

2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Individual Entrepreneur undertakes to provide the Client with a training course, and the Client - to pay for the Service in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Payment Terms
3.1. Payment for the Service is made through the WayForPay payment system.
3.2. Payment is considered received from the moment of payment confirmation.

4. Procedure for Providing the Service
4.1. The Service is provided within 24 hours after receiving payment.
4.2. The Client gains access to the course under the terms and conditions specified on the website.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1. Refunds are possible in accordance with applicable law and company policy.
5.2. Detailed refund terms are determined separately and may be notified to the Client.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
6.1. The Individual Entrepreneur undertakes to provide the Service on time and in full.
6.2. The Client undertakes to pay for the Service on time and use it in accordance with the terms and conditions.
6.3. The Parties are liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations.
7.2. If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be referred to the court at the place of registration of the Individual Entrepreneur.

9. Other Terms
